Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) on the Indian River is a very unique experience. You are surrounded by nature, manatees, dolphins, turtles, pelicans, osprey, lots of fish and other birds and animals. To SUP on the river or any of our unique spots is relaxing and stress relieving. Our classes are customized to make sure that everyone can enjoy the sport. We carry different brands and makes of  stable boards made for flat water paddling. This allows you to learn about the difference in boards and their feel before you decide to purchase one for yourself.

If you want to escape from the metropolitan tourist hustle and bustle you are in the right place. We take a maximum of 6 persons per class/tour making it a personal experience. You might see some fisherman on a kayak or other boater but most of the time it will be just you, your friends, family and nature.

Stand Up Paddle boarding

(SUP) is the fastest growing water-sport in the World. It’s easy to learn, tons of fun and great exercise. In our beginner SUP class, you will learn about safety, the equipment, the “how-to’s” of maneuvering the board, turning techniques, how to fall of the board and get back on.   If you can stand, we can teach you the rest.

There is no experience necessary, all activity levels welcome. Knowing how to swim is a prerequisite.

Our boards have been designed with beginners in mind. These are some of the most stable and buoyant boards on the market. They glide atop the water effortlessly and are easy to maneuver, to ensure everyone can join in on the fun, making learning SUP easy.

WHERE? The beginners class takes place on the Indian River just west of Merritt Island and the Kennedy Space Center. Depending on the weather we will launch from the Titusville Marina or the causeway. You will SUP with an ACA certified paddle board instructor that will have you paddling in no time flat!

HOW LONG? Classes usually last about 90 minutes, depending on weather/wind conditions.

WE PROVIDE: Board, paddle, personal safety device (PFD), water and super nice instructor are included.

YOU BRING: Bring water, a hat or sunglasses, and water friendly clothing. Wear board shorts or a swimsuit. In colder weather wear layers, cover ups or a jacket, best if made of nylon or synthetics to be water repellent.

Don’t forget the sun screen and mosquito repellent. You might want to keep a change of clothes in the car. Lock away valuables in the car or leave them at home.

Arrive about 15 minutes before start time to take care of all the necessary check-in like setting you up with a board, paddle, sign the waiver and tell the instructor if you have any ailments or conditions that we should know about.
