With most SUP rental services, canceling should be 48 hours or more before a scheduled class in order to get a full refund.

If you are only asking for the service, you have to pay for two people.

Cancellation should be made via phone. Cancellations via email will not be counted.

If the weather turns bad, SUP rental services usually cancel the scheduled service and will refund you or reschedule the class.

Most paddleboard rental services reserve the right to make itinerary changes due to weather or factors.
